Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SindTrustify, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide transparent, hassle-free policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds for our e-commerce operations. Please read the terms below carefully before initiating a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders promptly to ensure quick delivery. You can cancel your order under the following terms:
- Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at sind.trustify@gmail.com or call us at 9027905843. We will cancel the order immediately and issue a 100% refund.
- Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility and handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to accept delivery and initiate a return request under our Return Policy instead.
2. Returns and Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may initiate a return request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition in which you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, complete with all original product tags, barcodes, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Customized products, items purchased during special clearance sales, and health/personal hygiene products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your package is received in a damaged condition, has manufacturer defects, or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. You must send us a clear unboxing video or photographs showcasing the defect or damage to sind.trustify@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or initiate a full refund as per your preference.
4. Refund Processing and Timelines
Once we receive your returned product at our inspection warehouse, it will undergo a quality assessment. If approved, your refund will be processed under these guidelines:
- Source Refunds: The refund will be credited directly back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) through the secure Cashfree Payment Gateway.
- Refund Initialization: We initiate and process all approved refunds on our end within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and verifying the returned parcel.
- Reflection in Account: Once initiated, it generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, card statement, or wallet, depending on Cashfree's banking partner cycles.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated to a customer-provided bank account via secure wire transfer or UPI.
5. Return Shipping and Reverse Pickup
Where applicable, we will arrange a reverse shipping pickup through our designated logistics partners. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode, our support team will guide you on self-shipping the product back to our registered address. In such cases, return shipping expenses will be reimbursed if the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/defective/incorrect product).
