2. Product Catalog, Description, and Availability

We strive to ensure the product descriptions, specifications, stock levels, and prices displayed on our website are precise and current. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are entirely free of typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. In the event of stock depletion during purchase processing, we will contact you immediately to coordinate a full refund or exchange credit.

3. Secure Payments and Gateway Transactions

All pricing listed on the website is in Indian Rupees (INR) and is inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified. We support payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets. All online payments are securely processed through the Cashfree Payment Gateway. SindTrustify does not store, capture, or retain any raw credit card numbers, passwords, CVVs, or transactional bank PINs on its local database.

4. Order Acceptance, Modification, and Cancellation

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our sole technical and business discretion, particularly due to pricing errors, fraudulent indicators, product unavailability, or logistics challenges. In such cases, if payment has already been completed, we will refund the exact transaction amount via Cashfree within the standard refund timeline.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Products purchased from our website will be shipped to the address specified at checkout. Delivery timelines and logistics processes are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased pass to the customer upon handover to our shipping carriers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, website design, text, and code featured on our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of SindTrustify and are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and your usage of the SindTrustify platform shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, India.
