At SindTrustify, we are dedicated to providing a premium, secure, and reliable shipping and delivery experience for all purchases. This policy outlines our processing timelines, transit estimates, and delivery protocols to ensure complete transparency.
1. Delivery Coverage and Logistics Partners
We provide Pan-India shipping across eligible pincodes. To guarantee secure transit and prompt delivery, we collaborate exclusively with top-tier courier and logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and DTDC). The appropriate shipping carrier is chosen based on delivery speed and reliability in your specific pincode.
2. Order Processing Timelines
We work efficiently to process and prepare your orders for dispatch. Order processing guidelines are as follows:
- All verified orders are processed, packaged, and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing your tracking ID as soon as your parcel is dispatched from our facility.
3. Shipping and Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, shipping times vary depending on your delivery location:
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Towns: Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.
- North-East & Remote Regions: Delivery may take 5 to 9 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Occasional transit delays can occur due to extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, courier transit disruptions, or festive season surcharges. We will keep you updated if your order experiences any exceptional delay.
4. Shipping Charges and Secure Checkout
Shipping fees are calculated transparently and shown at checkout prior to processing your payment. We charge a flat nominal shipping fee or offer Free Shipping on orders that cross a specific promotion threshold. All transactions are securely handled using Cashfree Payment Gateway, ensuring your purchase protection is active from checkout to delivery.
5. Delivery Attempts and Address Errors
Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to reach you. If delivery fails due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
- The customer being unavailable at the specified delivery location across all attempts.
- Refusal to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) package without a valid reason.
In such circumstances, the package will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin). We reserve the right to charge shipping/restocking fees to ship the package again, or issue a refund (excluding actual shipping charges incurred) via Cashfree for prepaid orders.
